Do you want to be part of a program that works individuals with a mental health or substance use diagnosis to provide case management as part of a Court ordered diversion program?
BRBH is seeking a Case Manager to provide case management for individuals involved in the successful Mental Health Docket. Case Management includes assessment, discharge planning, and identifying needs . Depending on the client's goals, the Case Manager may assist them with referrals or help provide access for a variety of needs including: housing, nutrition, dental, financial, social welfare, dental, educational, transportation, communications, recreation, vocational, and legal services. Position requires 10% travel to local jails to provide services.
What we are looking for: The successful candidate will have knowledge of community resources available and the criminal justice system, be comfortable working independently in a controlled environment, and be a team player.
Entry level pay: $19.81/hour. Additional compensation commensurate with experience.
Minimum Qualifications :
• Education : Bachelor's Degree that meets the requirements to register for QMHP
• Safe driving record : Candidates must have a good driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last three years AND no criminal violations in the last five years (including DUI) and are required to undergo a fingerprint background check.
• Background Checks : Candidates must be able to pass background checks including those required by the local jails.
