Job Description
AmeriStaff is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to fill a temporary opening with a company in the Martinsville, Va area. The ideal candidate should have office experience.
Benefits of the Administrative Assistant: • Monday-Friday.
• 8:30am-5:30pm.
• Pay: $15.00 per hour.
• Temporary position.
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
• 6 months - 1 year of office experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
• Operate the front desk of the business.
• Will answer phones.
• Receive and distribute messages.
• Forward calls.
• Greet clients.
• Make copies of tax returns.
• Perform document scans.
• Potentially process tax returns.
• Schedule clients for visits.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Compensation and Hours
Salary Range: $15.00 (minimum) DOE (Depends on Experience) Benefits Provided: 401K, Dental, Holidays, Life Insurance, Medical, Sick Leave, Vacation Other Benefits: Not Available Full or Part Time: Full Time (30 Hours or More) Job Duration: Over 150 Days Type of Job: Regular
