Team Leader
Position Summary:
• Leading a crew and direct in loading/scanning of product/making sure correct product and correct number of product goes on trailer.
• Packing trailer correct with no damage of product and placement of product.
• Manage and motivate team, promote good working environment. Report any problems, damages, shortages, issues with crew to supervisor and or other management.
Responsibilities:
• Lift up to 70 pounds repeat over 9 hour day
• Use handheld scanner, walk long distances, bending, lifting, standing, reaching over head
• Accountable for product and crew
• May be used where needed to assist in other areas of the warehouse as well
