Dentist Recruiting Opportunity - Established Private Office
Overview
Our dentist recruiting company is partnering with a private office that is currently seeking a dentist due to their current associate relocating. With over 30 years of experience in the community, this office has a solid patient base and a constant influx of new patients each month.
Position Details
The office is looking for an experienced dentist to work 4 days per week. Two days will be spent at this office, while the other two days will be at a separate location in Floyd, Virginia. The owner will also work at the other office on their designated days. Night and weekend shifts are not required. The office primarily operates on a fee-for-service basis, with a few PPO plans. They do not accept HMOs or Medicaid.
Staff And Facilities
This fully equipped 4 operatory office has a team consisting of 1 hygienist, 2 assistants, and a manager - all of whom have extensive experience and have been with the office for many years. The staff is well trained and highly skilled to provide exceptional care to patients. The office focuses on general bread and butter procedures, although experience in performing advanced procedures would be a plus.
Compensation And Benefits
The office is offering a highly competitive daily guarantee or percentage of collections, providing flexibility based on the dentist's preference. They are also offering a generous sign-on bonus of $30,000 for a 3-year agreement, although a 3-year commitment is not mandatory.

Requirements
To be considered for this associate dentist position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree
• State license to practice dentistry
• Valid CPR certification
• Proven experience working in a dental practice
• Ability to use various dental instruments and equipment
• Aptitude for remaining calm in stressful situations
• Strong teamwork skills
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Effective communication skills
