Main Responsibilities
• Ensure the safety and maintenance of vehicles for our customers.
• Utilize Penske's tools and technologies for logging, researching, and completing repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs, such as tire replacements or rotations, component lubrication and replacement, electrical system repairs, and cooling system maintenance on gas and diesel engine vehicles.
• Learn new skills through Penske's technician training and hands-on coaching, in collaboration with your manager.
• Work on assigned projects and tasks as directed by your supervisor.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to solve problems and proficiency in using tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and in outdoor environments.
• Basic computer skills.
• Adherence to specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information established by Penske management.
