Front Desk Agent
The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing consistent excellent service to guests/clients before arrival, upon arrival, and during their stay, from check-in to checkout. This employee will be responsible for registration, checkout, and cashiering. This position qualifies for $1,000 sign on bonus!
What you will be doing
• Welcome and register guests expeditiously, provide information to guests as needed, obtain identification and credit/check approval as directed by hotel policy. Verify rate and departure date. Confirm and modify information required to complete the registration process as per hotel procedures.
• Answer all guest questions accurately and resolve problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction. Authorize revenue allowances as allowed by hotel policy.
• Upsell guest rooms, food & beverage outlets if applicable and seasonal hotel promotions.
• Make restaurant, transportation, and/or entertainment reservations for guests, plus other Concierge services as requested and have thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, company, and local area & attractions.
• Communicate with other hotel departments to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Maintain an understanding of hotel history, services, facility information, and rates and packages.

Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join the fast-growing STR Mechanical Team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of customer service.
Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose causes of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems and food service equipment, for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs
• Perform maintenance and service repairs, install new units or replace parts for existing units according to specifications
• Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls
• Communicate with Dispatch to ensure completion of scheduled job
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for customers
• Provide elite customer service to every customer encountered
Qualifications
• Valid driver license with acceptable driving record
• Active EPA certificate
• 3-5 years' experience in a commercial HVAC setting
• Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed
• Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds and ability to lift and regularly carry items weighing up to 50 pounds

ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
This position reports to the local service manager, and has a responsibility to the entire service team and all of our customers.

Environmental Requirements
Will be required to work in a field environment, traveling to multiple customer sites on a daily basis.
