Job Title: Site Coordinator
Status: Full Time
Pay Rate: $24/hour

Responsibilities
• Supervises all staff and students either In-person or virtually.
• Manages site staff and their development and performance with the direct supervision of the Quality Assurance Coach
• Interviews, recommends and evaluates site staff members.
• Manages the site budget, when applicable
• Maintains comprehensive student and volunteer records and product reports as required.
• Designs a site program schedule together with the Think Together administrative team such that students have access to snack time, homework help and a variety of recreational, educational and enrichment activities.
• Works with collaborative partners (if applicable) to implement programs.
• Works with other providers to develop on-site and virtual enrichment opportunities.
• Communicates with school administrators, school staff and parents on a regular basis regarding program activities, both in-person and/or virtually.
• Nurtures and builds strong relationships with volunteers to develop effective communication for accountability and long-term commitment to volunteering.
• Ensures accuracy of data entry and confidentiality of student records
• Manages and maintains student attendance data and parent authorization systems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Other Responsibilites
• Implements the safety plan at the site.
• Implements other human resource policies and procedures.
• Attends Site Coordinator meetings in-person and/or virtually, and other meetings and trainings as requested.
• Supervises, trains and develops subordinates in line with the objectives, policies and procedures of the organization.
• Completes supervisory responsibilities in a timely and thorough manner.
• Maintains highest degree of confidentiality in student, staff and management matters.
Education And/or Experience
• Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or 1 year of program experience within Think Together in lieu of Bachelor’s degree is required
• At least one year in a supervisory or leadership position is highly preferred.
• Previous classroom experience is required.
• Must meet the minimum qualifications set by the partner district for a classroom instructional aide.

• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with staff, public officials, private sector officials, parents and community leaders.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate sensitivity to others.
• Excellent organizational and management skills.
• The position may alternate between Distance Learning and In-person Learning. You must have the flexibility to adapt to business need.
• Must have the ability to utilize various digital learning platforms

Requirements
• Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting)
• Provide a negative TB Test dated within the last 3 years
