Job Responsibilities 
• Ensure CSRs are getting answers from production, troubleshooting EDI errors, etc 
• Ensure CSRs are responding to Customers in a timely manner, with valid information. 
• WC Load Reports and WC Level Load Reports, run and distributed daily. 
• Maintain and address Rework Logs and ICRs 
• Review FSAs for each department. If there is an area of concern with a CSR/Scheduler, review with said employee. 
• Ensure Schedulers are reviewing long lead-time items, items with high fallout, Customer critical line stopper items, etc. 
• Expected to work in collaboration with Plant Managers, Supervisors and/or Leads regarding problem resolutions. 
• Other duties as assigned 
Job Qualifications (Required) 
• At least 18 years of age (required at all locations) 
• High School diploma or GED (required at all locations) 
• 3+ years experience in Scheduling 
Job Qualifications (Preferred) 
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred (all locations) 
• Manufacturing software 
• APICS Certification 
Physical Requirements Of The Job 
• Frequent walking, standing, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting and lifting for 8-12 hours per day 
• Able to frequently walk, stand, kneel, squat, bend, stoop, push, pull, twist and lift for 8-12 hours per day 
• Able to work in non-climate-controlled and noisy environment 
• Frequent overhead reaching and reaching with both hands 
• Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting or maneuvering loads up to 50 lbs 
• Able to wear and tolerate Personal Protective Equipment (apparel and devices) 
• Vision acuity, corrected or uncorrected, capable of reading documents, blueprints, gauges, equipment settings, calibration instruments, parts labels and written materials 
• Reliable to come to work every day and be on-time 
• Flexible work availability, including Overtime during the week and weekends
