Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager with daily activities and planning. He or she must have very good communication skills to communicate with employees regarding multiple topics (i.e., safety to instructions), and communicate with customers concerning daily events and to develop new business. He or she is also responsible for data entry related to inventory, orders, and customer direct communication. The Operations Manager is responsible for/coordinating loading, unloading, stocking, sequencing, and moving materials from and to location. Requires very little supervision, is self-motivated to complete the daily assignments.
