Position: Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Fairfield, OH
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs.
• Provide therapy sessions to clients, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Speech Language Pathologist certification for state of Ohio.
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs and behavioral challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
