Outstanding base pay plus production- guaranteed base pay of $165,000, ability to earn much more
Year 2 gives option to move to 30% collections (very high earning capabilities)

Qualifications
Must hold an O.D. degree with a license to practice in Virginia. (VA license can be obtained within a few weeks) Must be customer service oriented with a compassionate personality. Experienced & medical OD preferred.
