Assistant Manager Qualifications And Responsibilities
• At least 1-2 years of combined FOH & BOH Manager experience
• Systems-oriented, hands-on leaders who will always jump in to assist the team
• High energy, positive attitude, high volume experience of $3-4+ MM
• Detailed attention to the guest experience
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive environment at all time
• Leading our team with positivity, compassion, and respect
• Ability to use all restaurant systems and admin tools
