This Full-Time RN position is working with residents in Assisted Living Memory Care. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Implementing physician orders Administration of medication Administering treatments Assessments, admissions, and plan of care Documentation of training and care given Monitoring and training staff Communication with family and physicians Compliance of all regulations Infection control monitor Knowledge of Assisted Living License for Dementia Care is a plus.
