NOW HIRING – Hourly Key Manager at new locally owned Starbucks in the heart of downtown Roanoke, Virginia. As an Hourly Key Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the high standards of the Starbucks brand. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service Excellence Team Leadership Operational Oversight Quality Control Sales and Revenue Generation Safety and Compliance Problem Solving Communication QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated leadership abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and familiarity with Starbucks products and procedures is preferred. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
