JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator DEPARTMENT: Marketing ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Produce and coordinate the development of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, promotional items, company apparel, trade-show related projects and other sales tools Maintain brand consistency both internally and externally Research competitors and trends in the industry to apply to new marketing campaigns and strategies Manage external vendors and agency partners as needed for marketing programs Track and monitor project expenses and process invoices with Finance Utilize current social media and website strategies to increase overall web/online presence Help set up and improve workflow processes All other duties assigned by your Supervisor/Manager QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments Excellent attention to detail Strong project management and organizational skills Maintain a positive attitude at all times Ability to work with a team or independently as needed Must be able to sit at a desk and work in front of a computer screen for up to 8 hours per day Must be able to read, write, communicate, and comprehend the English language Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and criminal background check Must be able to meet all physical requirements as outlined in this position description EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or similar field 3+ years of marketing experience Industry knowledge/experience is preferred, but not required Experience with HTML and social media marketing is preferred, but not required Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Referral program Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
