Play It Again Sports is seeking enthusiastic and sports minded individuals to join our team! We are looking for customer service representatives who will do what it takes to get the job done. We are looking for Part Time Sales Associates (20+ hours,) to help promote all aspects of the business including but not limited to buying, selling, pricing, cleaning, merchandising and promote a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner. As a Part Time Retail Sales Associate you will be responsible for: Greet customers immediately, determine their needs, and handle all transactions in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Become familiar with products, brands, and prices and make recommendations of products, including features and benefits to suit customers’ needs. Clean and restock merchandise. Follow store housekeeping and maintenance standards and procedures. Develop proficiency in operating POS systems for all sales transactions, pricing, returns, etc. Willingness to learn and develop skills towards growth and promotion to future opportunities. Full Time Hourly Position - 20+ hours per week. As a Part Time Retail Sales Associate you will receive: Hourly pay - Starting at $12+ based on experience. Sales/Incentive Bonus Opportunities. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 8 hours a day. Ability to lift and/or push up to 40lbs. Without assistance. Bending, rotating and reaching conducive to a retail environment and to receiving, pricing, cleaning, and stocking merchandise. Exposure to typical retail environment conditions and noise levels. Able to operate a computerized sales terminal with training.
