Adams is currently seeking a Construction Superintendent for our Underground Utility work in Owensboro, KY. We are looking for someone that we can trust to run and oversee projects to be completed on schedule, under budget and in a safe manner. Adams is a family-owned, successful, fast-growing heavy/civil contractor in the southeast. We work primarily on government projects for roadside developments, grade and drain, underground utilities and much more. Responsibilities: All aspects of field supervision for underground utilities Existing Utility locate Daily and Weekly paperwork Hire and maintain project labor Care of equipment Coordination of crews, material suppliers, customer, etc. Obtain Traffic Control permits and setup traffic control items Identify potential issues Ensure quality product Oversee site safety Follows company safety program, laws, and OSHA operating standards Manages jobsite cleanliness Qualifications: High School diploma 5+ years of experience Basic computer skills are preferred Compensation package: Bonus opportunities Pay up to $110,000 Full-Time Adams offers competitive wages and benefits, including: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Flexible spending account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Long and short-term disability Professional development assistance Adams is an Equal Opportunity Employer
