Job description
Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for helping customers and coordinating services? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems on the go? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Handmyan Dispatcher at Quality Service and Repair.
As a Dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Dispatcher Duties:
Coordinating the daily schedules and routes for our team of handymen based on their skills and availability.
Dispatching field technicians to job sites promptly and optimizing their routes to ensure timely service delivery.
Tracking job progress and keeping customers informed about any changes in the schedule or service status.
Liaising between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication and smooth service execution.
Maintaining detailed records of service calls, technician availability, and job completion status.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service and dispatching roles preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of incoming calls and dispatch tasks.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and data entry.
• Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and make quick decisions on dispatch priorities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• A team player with the dedication to contribute to the success of the company's goals.
