Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Support team performance in identifying control failures in bank processes, procedures, customer, or colleague decisionsProvide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within fraud and claims functional areaPerform complex operational tasks, including review, verification, and identification of customer transactions to detect and prevent fraud, policy violations or resolve merchant disputes in order to mitigate and recover lossesProvide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staffInteract with fraud and claims functional area on a wide range of information as well as with external customersRequired Qualifications:18+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, Fraud, or Investigations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Previous experience as a member of the Armed Forces of the United States or current experience as a member of the reserve components of the Armed Forces of the United StatesFinancial Services ExperienceStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to communicate confidentially and professionallyOutstanding problem solving and decision-making skillsKnowledge and understanding of VISA operating rules and chargeback guidelinesStrong research skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skillsAbility to work effectively under minimal supervision and follow specific guidelinesKnowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding Regulation EExperience with ADCC Signature Non-Fraud claimsKnowledge and understanding of Wells Fargo Disputes Automated Tracking (DAT) applicationKnowledge and understanding of Wells Fargo Claims 2.0 applicationJob Expectations:Boots to Banking Hires are expected to attend and participate in the Military Orientation and Onboarding Experience.Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PMAbility to work overtime as neededCandidate must reside within commutable distance to posting locationJob Locations:7711 Plantation Road Roanoke, VA 24019This position is not Visa Eligible.
