Role As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Maintenance Leader, Maintenance Supervisor), you'll lead a team of on-site and off-site maintenance personnel, manage equipment, ensure safety practices, and foster creativity and innovation. You'll also be responsible for the diagnosis and repair of machinery, equipment rebuilding and installation, and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications • 5-8 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Two/four-year related degree preferred or a combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, creating preventive maintenance plans, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and hydraulics.
