The Franklin County Family YMCA is looking for lifeguards. Potential candidates must have strong communication skills, positive attitudes, work well with patrons, and have a strong sense of duty. As a lifeguard you are responsible for the safety and well-being of all patrons that come to YMCA. You will have to enforce all rules fairly and consistently. You must be punctual and arrive to all shifts on time.
Qualifications:
American Red Cross Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred
Can provide training if needed to the right candidate.
Shifts:
Available shifts are 12:45-4:45 Monday-Friday, some weekends required
More hours are available to those willing to work birthday parties and other events.
Pay:
Lifeguards start out at $8.50 an hour.
