Job Description
Location/Department: Occupational Therapy
Works providing patient assessments and therapy to inpatients, outpatients, skill and long-term care patients. Is responsible for hands-on care as well as associated documentation. Operational tasks of the departments are required as well as participation in program development.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s Degree or equivalent majoring in Occupational Therapy
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist by State of Indiana
3 months experience
Skills needed for this position:
General physical disability treatment skills for occupational therapy patients with UE Orthopedic stressed.
