The Division of Child Life and Integrative Care at Cincinnati Children’s is committed to the practice of family-centered care by promoting play, education, developmental and psychosocial support. We are an integral part of the health care team who can support the child’s outpatient visit and inpatient stay. We are hiring a Child Life Specialist for Psychiatry at our College Hill Campus. This position will assist with grief & loss, blood draws, x-rays, and preparation for procedures
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30PM PM
Qualifications : To be considered, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and completion of child life internship under the supervision of a certified CLS. Must be certified as a Child Life Specialist within one year of hire. Candidates with past Child Life experience highly desired.
Pay: $23.02-28.06/hour
Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required: ·Bachelor's degree in a related field
· 0 - 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline
·Completion of child life internship under the supervision of a certified CLS
·CCLS within one year of hire
