We are looking to hire a hard-working lead line cook with 1-2 years' experience to supervise food preparation activities and ensure that high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained. The lead line cook's responsibilities include:
• Having a passion for food!
• Assisting the head cook in preparing entr es
• Advising our line cooks on suitable portion sizes
• Ensuring that food items are stored at the correct temperatures.
• Train line cooks and attend all mandatory meetings
• Demonstrate knowledge of various cooking & prep techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication & time management skills

• Seeking DYNAMIC individuals to work in their fast-paced kitchen and assist in for their two on-premise restaurants including a classy piano bar, an upscale pub and newly expanded banquet facilities
• Client has expanded their property to accommodate larger banquets/weddings/conferences/reunions/business meetings, etc.
