Well-established, full-scope Optometric practice based in New Ulm, MN is seeking a medical Optometrist Earn $120,000-160,000 plus bonuses, profit-sharing, signing & relocation bonuses, etc.!
This full-service eyecare center has been serving the greater New Ulm community since 1950. From the onset, staying on the forefront of technological advancements in eye diagnostics, frames and lenses innovations, contact lenses and surgical techniques has been an ongoing commitmentthis commitment not only provides their patients with options for ultimate vision but with the early detection of eye disease, quality of life can be greatly improved. Every member of their staff is board certified, experienced and dedicated to their mission of offering their patients the finest eye health care available.
Highlights of the position:
• M-F only
• See patients 4 days, charting 1 day
• 50% medical
• Surgeon comes in every 2 weeks
• Techs, refracting techs, and floating techs
• Ages 1-104
• EHR: Compulink
• Utilize Heidelberg OCT, Humphrey visual field, Nidek fundus camera, Optos, ERG, LLLT, Tono-pen, pachymetry
Responsibilities of the OD:
• See 16-24 patients per day
• Diagnose and treat an array of ocular diseases
• Co-manage surgical patients (refractive, cataract, etc.)
• Fit contact lenses and specialty contacts
Benefits and pay:
• Base pay equal to $120,000-160,000 DOE
• Production bonuses (medical & optical)
• Profit sharing after 4 years employment

Minimum qualifications:
• Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.)
• Valid Minnesota license
