Assembly Operator
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to work 12 hour continental shift schedule (2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off every other weekend)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of products and business processes
• Understand and communicate effectively both orally and written
• Work as a member of a team and under the direction of a supervisor
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Will be required to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
POSITION RESPONSIBILITES
• Check the Navicella at the exit of Polymerization Oven
• Refill Navicella to ensure 100% of uptime during the final assembly
• Springs insertion, load rubbers into blisters, load and unload blisters from machine, inspect ignition coils, and other relevant work in final process area
• 100% visual control on the finished product
• Finish the visual control on time to avoid the machine stopped
• In process, based on documents and area leader’s instructions to record, collect related data, and timely fill in report
• Control the quality of the materials and product
• TPM, maintain the machines clean and work well, and operate machines as relevant instruction
• Obey working arrangement by area leader, shift leader and production manager
