Web Operations Manager - Hybrid Opportunity

Position Overview
The Web Operations Manager is responsible for gathering technical and functional requirements to manage front-end development of website activities, make web adjustments
that will impact consumer facing initiatives, schedule/publish promotions, content and other site updates. They must ensure all project requirements are met and UX/UI friendly.
Multitasking skills are important to prioritize activities, complete testing and must pay close attention to detail to ensure consistency across the site.
This role will assist product team to identify data issues, publishing errors, and create a bug free user experience. Supports the team in website understanding and educate on upcoming feature releases that impact front-end development. Communication across departments is key to guarantee smooth implementation.
Key Responsibilities
· Gain a strong understanding of internal data systems, and the data flow in and out of  Salesforce Commerce Cloud
· Develop operating procedures for the internal team, strategize ideas on how to improve web operations
· Work strategically with internal team to execute merchandising strategy on site including but not limited to promotions, product data enrichment and new product launches, campaigns, etc.
· Applying your knowledge and extensive experience with handling a CMS, template creation and understanding of reusable components in a structured design system
· Stay aware of emerging technologies - especially front-end technologies - and how they might benefit our business
· Identify strategic areas of improvement including page speed for site performance, code optimization and unit testing
· Ensure the website meets all global compliance requirements, including data privacy, user accessibility, and other relevant laws and regulations
Additional Skills
· Experience with Salesforce Commerce, Service and Marketing Cloud
· Technical strength mandatory with great design aesthetics, typography, layout, spacing, etc. while keeping UX top priority.
· Experience with A/B testing, UX/UI, cross-browser responsive web design techniques.
· Communicates effectively and interprets information and breaks down complex topics to digestible, actionable pieces.
· Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, with shifting priorities
· Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business concentrations preferred
· 3-5 years proven experience managing web initiatives
· Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and it’s ‘Business Manager’ functions preferred, Salesforce Admin Certification a plus
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and manage relationships with cross functional team members
· Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, CSS and Content Management Systems
· Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
NOTE: This position is open to remote, but preferred weekly attendance in corporate headquarters in Bassett, VA
