Pharmacy Technician - Day or Night Shift

What you need to be successful:
• High school diploma or GED
• Active National Pharm Tech Cert (CPhT) is required.
• Active registration with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy as a Certified Pharmacy Technician
What to expect:
• Mon-Fri 4pm-12:45am
• Weekend rotation every 3 weeks. This will be Sat and Sun on the same shift but they will get the Friday and Monday off on their weekends to work.
• 1 holiday per year – this rotates
Responsibilities include:
• Duties will range from traditional IP pharmacy duties to running meds and restocking their pyxis machines
• Distribution of medications, includes but is not limited to, selecting, counting, compounding, packing, labeling, and delivering medications to the units.
• Proficient in accessing and viewing the electronic health record and utilizing pharmacy automated systems.
• Work in multiple areas of the pharmacy to maintain competency and broaden skills for all areas of the job scope.
