Exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Manager to join our client, a global industry-leading commercial automobile manufacturer. Our client is looking for an experienced professional who can design and implement sustainability initiatives while managing scope 1,2, and 3 emissions. As a Sustainability Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth and reducing the carbon footprint in all aspects of operations.
Responsibilities:
• As the Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions that drive sustainable growth within all aspects of operations.
• Design and execute strategies in line with the company's commitment towards reducing the carbon footprint.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations across different regions and identify opportunities where energy efficiency measures can be implemented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote sustainability and drive positive societal impact.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in automotive manufacturing or related industries coupled with knowledge on Scope 1,2, and 3 emission management systems.
Skills:
As a Sustainability Manager, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to work collaboratively. You should have demonstrated problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication, and presentation capabilities.
Education:
You should hold a bachelor's degree from any recognized institution preferably in engineering, environmental science, or sustainability.
