Responsibilities
• Crafting outstanding beverages
• Leading cocktail menu changes to ensure creative, innovative, and seasonally appropriate cocktails are available on the menu
• Being a resource of knowledge about our wines, spirited drinks and food pairings
• Adhering to safe food handling practices
• Maintaining bar area cleanliness and adhering to all required standards
• Managing stock levels, ordering and replenishing supplies
• Assisting with special events or services as needed
Qualifications
• Previous bar manager experience in fine dining or restaurant preferred
• Ability to operate or learn to operate a point-of-sale system
