Marketing/Leasing Associate
Scott Hill Retirement Community is home to approximately 139 residents. The two-building campus is located outside of downtown Clifton Forge, VA just off I-64. Scott Hill is currently recruiting a highly motivated & experienced individual who will be responsible for marketing and leasing apartments. This position is expected to guide applicants through the rental process while maintaining strong customer service focus. This position is great for those who enjoy working with the elderly and have previous experience in customer service, sales and marketing.
Job Responsibilities will include:
• Under general supervision, responsible for all marketing and leasing of the community as directed by Property Manager
• Create and implement quarterly and annual marketing plans to maximize traffic and rental closing performance.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competition in the surrounding communities.
• Will be required to establish and build relationships with resources, clients, individuals, and partners relevant to generating leases.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of prospects and residents.
• Guide prospective residents through the application and rental process.
• Plan and participate in marketing events.
• Understand and follow Fair Housing guidelines.
Additional Skills and Qualifications :
• Previous sales and marketing experience preferably in affordable housing
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• High level of integrity, ethics, and honesty
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
