Responsibilities:
• Managing a schedule for the office and leading a team of 10 team members
• Organizing and preparing for meetings and consults, documenting information, and communicating information effectively
• Preparing reports, answering and responding to phone calls and emails, handling printing, faxing, mail, copying and filing.
• Assist with data entry and accounting entries.
Preferred Skills :
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, Social media outlets like Facebook.
• Ability to consult patients and effectively communicate a presentation, excellent verbal communication skills
• A passion for leading a strong team that is committed to excellence and prior management experience
