We are looking for Shift Leaders and Hourly Crew here at Charley's Cheesesteaks to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of our local locations. Our Leadership responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. These candidates should be thoughtful leaders as well as a confident decision-maker helping develop our teams to be productive, while growing customer satisfaction and ensuring strong sales.
