Hello Traveler's Rest! We are Tropical Grille, a fast-casual, Cuban-inspired restaurant, and are opening our newest location in Traveler's Rest.
We are currently recruiting for Cooks and Front of House (Guest service, cashiering, and food assembly), Part time or Full time.
Pay rates are competitive and generous for qualified candidates. Employees and managers receive tips on top of their hourly pay and all full-time employees can enroll in healthcare if desired.
Candidates must have a Positive Attitude, High Energy Level, Strong Attention to Detail, Reliable Transportation to and from work, Professional Demeanor, Be Guest Focused, Have Excellent Communication Skills and a Genuine Passion for Pleasing People. The Ideal Candidate will have a full availability, reliable transportation and a hunger for a challenging and rewarding work environment . We are assessing future leaders from our employee roster for our next locations as well as looking to empower our strongest candidates to move up and develop our current units.
