Upstate Hospitality is seeking experienced housekeeping management candidates to lead our Housekeeping department. The Candidate must have 3+ years previous experience as a Director of Housekeeper.. He/she must be able and willing to work weekdays and weekends, evenings and/or holidays depending on the needs of the hotel. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable of basic computer skills, Microsoft Word/Excel, email/Outlook and general computer functions. A working understanding of scheduling for need and flexibility is critical. We are looking for a proven leader who aspires grow with our company, and motivate a cohesive team with a desire to work well together; a leader who embraces a variety of personalities, as a foundation to building a hardworking high functioning team.
