Must have 1 plus maintenance experience in hotel/residential maintenance.
Performs repairs and preventative maintenance work to ensure the hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained.
• Perform general minor/major repairs in regards to plumbing, electrical, painting,sheet rock, dry wall & air conditioner etc
• Communicate effectively with staff and upper management.
• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Comply to all hotel standards.
