About the Job
This position will be working in our Production Department under the supervision of the Production Manager. This person will be responsible as part of a team to produce, package and complete customer orders to exact specifications. Basic job functions include but not limited to:
· Flavoring roasted beans
· Weighing and grinding beans
· Operating weigh-and-fill machine
· Operating vertical form fill & seal machine
· Operating manual foot sealer
· Packing boxes with product and preparing orders for shipping
· Shipping orders using ShipStation web-based shipping software
· Printing product packaging labels and affixing them to appropriate bags and boxes
· General overall cleaning including sweeping and mopping floors, hand wash of product storage containers and containers used in production
· Disposal of trash and keeping the production area clean and tidy at the end of each shift.
Skills required include being a dependable team player, ability to complete tasks on time and under pressure, excellent attention to detail and able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. On the job training will be provided for the right candidate.
Position is full time Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Paid Holidays and PTO.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
