The beautiful AC Hotel is recruiting for a Sales Manager - Food and Beverage. The Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting the 5 different outlets at the AC Hotel including Juniper, Paloma, AC Kitchen, Social Burger and the Press Room.
• Possess strong working knowledge of business development and sales techniques, along with service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Develop and follow a targeted action plan and update plan on a monthly basis. Develop, pursue and follow-through with business leads.
• Obtain clients by sharing outlet information, offerings and ideas.
• Motivate clients with excitement and outlet knowledge, to hold events and gatherings
• Develop positive working relationships with clients by anticipating needs and offering suggestions.
• Recognize opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by offering enhancements to create outstanding events.
• Consult with representatives of client group or organization to plan details and to make them aware of the possibilities available to them.
• Notify various department heads of arrangements made, to ensure high level of service and guest satisfaction.
• Direct associates in servicing event.
