We are looking for a Night Auditor with strong organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills. The ideal candidate has a background in hotel guest experience and enjoys working with the public, engaging in meaningful dialogue and making sure everything runs smoothly in the hotel at all times. Our Night Auditor must be flexible and willing to regularly stay after hours, ensuring that the security of the hotel is never compromised.
Responsibilities:
• Work with guests and colleagues to resolve customer issues.
• Work as part of a management team.
• Work during the night shift.
• Efficiently check in guests.
• Manage repeat guest accounts.
• Enter guest information into computers.
• Gather and examine key information related to hotel operations.
