• Dining Room Manager Job Duties
• The ideal candidate has a strong passion for customer service, as well as food and beverage excellence with a keen eye for details. You will lead your staff in providing exceptional dining experiences for our members and their guests.

Responsibilities
• Assures the highest standards in appearance, hospitality and service for staff and cleanliness of dining room
• Responsible for consistent use of safe work practices by all dining room staff
• Ensures timeliness of food and beverage service
• Supervises and trains all dining room staff
• Manages within budgetary guidelines
• Develops and implements programs to increase revenues through repeat business and higher check averages
Required Qualifications:
• Three years of dining room supervisory experience
• High School diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
• A four-year college degree in hospitality or related field
• Some wine knowledge
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification

• Responsible for management of dining room and service bar in the main clubhouse
• Maintains a high level of member contact throughout service hours
• Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations

Pay: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
