Title: Hospitality Team Member
Location: Chick-fil-A of Greer
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hospitality Team Members to work in a fast-paced environment. As part of our Hospitality Team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests in a friendly manner
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, and accurately process payments
• As a Back of House member, you will prepare food according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with closing duties as needed, including cleaning and stocking
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability must be Monday through Saturday (work week will only be 5 days)
• Must be over 18 years old
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and well-groomed appearance
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
