Assistant Managers are responsible for:
Insuring the staff delivers a quality customer experience while maintaining operational standards.
You will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring that the team properly follows Jimmy John’s systems and procedures.
Assistant Manager will report directly to the GM/Franchise owner.
Signing Bonus: $500.00 after 90 days of full time employment.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
Prior restaurant experience with 6 months to 1 year assist manager experience preferred
Available to work fulltime – a minimum of 5 days a week 32 to 48 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods and able to lift up to 50lbs

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
