Customer Service Representative (CSR)
in the exciting world of General Aviation
Greenville Jet Center has been serving the aviation industry at the Greenville Downtown Airport for more than 35 years. We take pride in providing professional support services to the General Aviation community.
Our Customers include :
• Private Aircraft Owners
• Corporate Flight Departments
• Charter Flight Companies
• Flight Schools
• And many other General Aviation Clientele
CSRs are valued representatives of our company to our customers and co-workers.
Duties include, but not limited to :
• Greeting Customers
• Receiving Phone Calls
• Recording Customer Information
• Processing Aviation Service Requests
• Communicating Service Requests to Line Service Technicians
• Arranging Hotel, Rental Car, and Catering Reservations for Customers
• POS Transactions
Skills and Qualities :
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner in a dynamic environment
• A passion for working with people and offering assistance with a positive attitude
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred, but not required
