Position Available : Kindergarten Paraprofessional/Classroom Aide Location: Washington Learning Center, 910 14th North, New Ulm, Minnesota Job Summary: Facilitate student academic and social growth by providing individual or small group support/reinstruction and service at the guidance/direction of certified staff. This position requires confidentiality, good communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, teamwork, and knowledge of technology and may require heavy lifting. Qualifications: Experience and ability to work with students; ability to follow and carry out the classroom teacher’s instructions; familiarity with computer use; and good communication skills. High School Diploma or GED required.
