No sales experience is required ; however, it would be helpful. As our new hire, we’ll invest in your success through mentorship and in-house training.
Within this role you will be building and maintaining strong customer relationships with new and existing customers. We’ll give you the tools to be successful, all we need from you is drive, determination, and a commitment to success!
This sales position offers a competitive salary rate plus bonuses .
You can expect $40,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year (Base salary + Commission)

Team Member Requirements
• Strong Interest in a sales career – Sales experience is a plus but not required
• Be willing to obtain your Property & Casualty license.
• Have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.
• U.S. Work authorization (Required)
Team Member Responsibilities
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Create client relationships with follow-up phone calls.
