A Restaurant Group with multiple high end restaurants in Greenville and other parts of the southeast is offering a salaried position with GREAT benefits to Assistant Managers with 2+ years of AGM experience specifically in high end restaurants that want to join their team! The range for this position is $60-$65k/year with some ability to negotiate based on additional or exceptional experience. This direct hire position comes with quarterly performance bonuses and is located in downtown Greenville, SC.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of Assistant Manager experience in a high volume, upscale restaurant
• Able to work 55-60 hours weekly across different shifts
• Experience getting teams to hit sales goals
• Very strong communication skills

DUTIES
• Assist with hiring process for FOH and BOH staff
• Oversee quality dining experience
• Implement and maintain service standards across all staff
• Assist with budget preparation and corrective actions on expenditures
• Create schedules for staff and control labor based on forecasts
• Assist with inventory control to support budget
• Carry out strategic business objectives in order to increase revenue and maintain positive, collaborative atmosphere
