Responsibilities of a Physical Therapist PT:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' physical conditions and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs and goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Provide education to patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home care.
Qualifications for a Physical Therapist PT :
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in KY.
• Long Term Care Experience a plus
