Responsibilities include:
• Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and co-workers
• Room patients and obtain visit information
• Front-office and back-office duties
• Medication and pre-authorizations
• Comfortable with blood draws and injections
• Floating from front office to back office
• Working flexible hours, including occasional Saturday shifts
What you need to succeed:
• Completion of a Medical Assisting program Required
• CMA/RMA preferred
• Active BLS required
• EMR experience preferred (NextGen)
• Peds experience required
