Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining proper levels of cleanliness in assigned areas.

Essential Functions
• Maintains floors in food production and service areas.
• Deep cleans cooking and food production and service equipment on pre-set schedule.
• Washes walls and other surfaces as needed.
• Performs minor repairs and reports damaged or worn equipment, floors, or other surfaces.
• Removes trash, recyclables, and food scraps to proper areas.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 p.m. – 2:30 a.m. OR Monday through Friday 7 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. Shift times and days are flexible and open to discussion with qualified individuals, but will need to fall primarily after the Marketplace closes each evening.
Minimum Qualifications : A high school diploma or equivalent GED preferred. Experience in a custodial role is preferred. Must be able to follow verbal and written directions and provide responses in writing. This position requires the possession and maintenance of a valid Virginia vehicle operator’s license and a good driving record. Must be able to pass an extensive background check.
