As a Home Health Aide (CNA) / HHA, you will :
• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as light housekeeping, preparing meals, assisting with personal hygiene, and grocery shopping
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Teach patients essential self-care skills, as needed
• Help the patient navigate the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to our nursing team, when appropriate
To qualify for a Home Health Aide (CNA) / HHA with us, you will need :
• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient’s condition
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
